Is Riu Playacar the same as Riu Yucatan?
No. Both are in Playacar, but they are separate hotels with different reception points.
Could my RIU booking include airport transportation?
Some RIU Class reservations may include transfer benefits; review the terms on your hotel confirmation.
Which airport does the Riu Playacar transfer use?
This route starts at Cancun International Airport, code CUN. A flight to Tulum Airport, code TQO, needs a separate transfer quote.
Does the private transfer stop in downtown Playa del Carmen?
No. The AHS private transfer goes to Riu Playacar inside the Playacar development without adding a downtown bus station or unrelated hotel stop.
What should I have ready when entering Playacar?
Keep the hotel confirmation and the guest name available in case access staff ask for them. Your destination must remain Riu Playacar so it is not confused with another RIU property inside the development.
How is the transfer price calculated?
