After landing
Complete the arrival formalities that apply to your journey and collect all your luggage. Read the terminal-specific meeting instructions in your confirmation before leaving the arrivals area.
Finding your transfer
Use the meeting point named in your confirmation. If you cannot locate it, call us with your terminal and booking reference. Check that any person assisting you can identify your reservation before boarding.
Delayed flights or missing luggage
Tell us if your flight changes, you are moved to another flight or baggage collection delays you. A new flight number is especially important so we can review your arrival plan.
Leaving your hotel
Your hotel pickup time is earlier than your flight departure time. Allow for the road journey and the airport arrival time recommended by your airline. Be ready with your luggage at the agreed hotel pickup point.
CUN and TQO are different airports
Cancun Airport and Tulum Airport are not interchangeable. Make sure the airport on both your outward and return flight matches the transfer you book.
Can I book the return trip too?
Yes. Choose Round trip and enter both dates. For a hotel-to-airport ride only, select Departure and use your pickup date.
What if my flight details are not ready?
You can provide them later using the option in checkout. Send us the flight details before your journey so we can coordinate your arrival.
Can I bring a stroller or large bags?
Tell us about strollers, wheelchairs, sports gear and oversized luggage before booking. The number of seats alone does not tell us whether everything will fit.
Where will I meet you?
Follow the meeting instructions on your confirmation for the terminal where you land. Keep our contact number and your booking reference available.
