When does a private transfer make sense?
Choose Hertz Main Office only when your rental confirmation shows that location. Add the Hertz branch code and printed address because Main Office does not distinguish the current Playa del Carmen counters by itself.

No. Hertz lists several branches in Playa del Carmen, so the address and branch code are necessary.
What rental details should I add?
Provide the branch name or code, printed address, pickup time and reservation holder.
Does AHS handle the rental car return?
No. We provide transportation to or from the office; the rental remains separate with Hertz.
Can I get a transfer quote to Hertz Main Office?
Yes. Search for Hertz Main Office and check the name against your accommodation confirmation. You can compare vehicles for the Playa del Carmen area before choosing one.
Is the displayed price per person or per vehicle?
Published amounts are per vehicle for the stated passenger count. We check the price again after you choose the route, one-way or round trip, dates, travellers and vehicle in the quote.
Can I book an arrival, a departure or a round trip?
Yes. You can quote the arrival from CUN, the departure to CUN or both rides. For a round trip, review both dates before choosing the vehicle and continuing to passenger details.
Where do I meet the driver at Cancun Airport?
After booking, you receive the instructions for your arrival. Follow the meeting point listed for your terminal and use the contact details in the confirmation if you need help after leaving the airport building.
Which flight details should I provide?
Add the airline, flight number and correct date for each ride. If you do not have them yet, you can say so during booking and provide them later through the contact method listed in your confirmation.
What happens if my flight time changes?
Tell us as soon as you receive the updated itinerary and keep your reservation number handy. A flight change should not automatically become a change of destination, travel date or transfer direction.
How do I choose a vehicle for my luggage?
Compare the passenger and bag limits shown with every vehicle. Count strollers, wheelchairs, sports equipment and oversized pieces too, and ask us before booking if your luggage exceeds those limits.
Can children travel in the vehicle?
Yes. Include every child in the passenger count. If you need a child seat or another arrangement, tell us before booking so the suitable option can be checked for the child’s age and selected vehicle.
What if my reservation does not say exactly Hertz Main Office?
Do not choose by similarity. Search for the full name printed on your accommodation document or contact us before paying. Places with similar names may be in different areas and have a different transfer price.
